Chemical Purification Systems

1. Waste Water Treatment Plant Materials treated with acid are dipped into the rinse baths to remove acid on the surface. Contaminated rinsing water are sent to the waste water treatment plant in order to discharge in accordance with the discharge criteria.

2. Flux Regeneration System The amount of iron formed in the flux tank causes more ash and dross formation in the Galvanized Furnace. This causes a significant increase in operating costs. Flux regeneration system is used in order to reduce the amount of iron in the flux tank.
