ŞA-RA’s Galvanization facility, with 200.000 tons of annual galvanizing capacity, located at the same site provides optimized coating thickness and quality by means of computerized process control system.
Steel parts up to 13 meters length can be galvanized in single-dipping.
All the facilities are equipped with fully automated crane systems which enables hands-free galvanization.With these specifications, the plant is one of the leading facilities on the world in its field.

ŞA-RA began serving the energy sector utilizinga 13000 mm x 1800 mm x 3500 [h] mm galvanizingkettle, with a capacity of 16 tons / hour or 9000 tons / month.
ŞA-RA Energy has established the HotDipGalvanizing Line with a closed area of 6500 m2 within 50.000 m2 production area and will continue to have a say in ENHPower Transnission Lines (ENH) sector with its domestic and international exports. As Estgal, from project to start-up, the facility was commissioned as one-stop serviceexcept for transportcranes.

The facility, which has been established in compliance with all environmental standards, has these features:

With kettle dimensions of 8000*2050*3500 [h] mm, Marmara SiegenerGalvaniz has the widest kettle in Turkey.
The plant was established on an area of 10.000 m2 with a closed area of 3600 m2 and an open space of 6400 m2.

Akmetal-Kimtaş was established in Esenyurt, İstanbul to serve he Marmara region.
Galvanizing kettle dimensions: 8000 mm x 1700 mm x 2500 [h] mm The plant has the ability to zinc coat 12-meter-long pieces.
Hot Dip Galvaniz is a subcontracting facility in the sector, with the design of 12 m long materials have the possibility of zinc coating.
The facility was commissioned on 01.09.2015 and started to serve the sector.

MızrakGalvaniz is designed with the most modern and environmentally friendly technologies available and is the widest hot dip galvanizing furnace in Ankara.
